Running a business presents a unique set of psychological challenges. The pressure to make critical decisions, manage uncertainty, and handle financial risks can lead to high levels of stress and anxiety. The constant need to balance multiple responsibilities, such as leadership, problem-solving, and innovation, can lead to burnout.  Furthermore, the emotional investment in one's business can make it challenging to separate personal identity from business success or failure.

About

Bill Belanger

I am a former psychotherapist, a business owner, and coach.  My background in psychotherapy and experience as a business owner have given me a unique perspective on the psychological challenges that business owners encounter. For business owners, there is a thin line between the psychological and the professional. Often, unconscious emotions, limiting beliefs, and old psychological patterns are the root cause of professional issues.

I've personally faced the challenges, uncertainties, and rewards that come with running a business.  My approach combines psychological insights with practical business knowledge. My approach is collaborative and personalized to each client.

My hourly rate is $250. My clients work with me anywhere from once a week to once a month. There is no long-term commitment required. After a free introductory call, we can collaboratively decide if we are a good fit working together. I do not work with clients that I don’t think I can help. Many of my clients write off our coaching as a business expense.
